August 27! We finally have a date.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is now available for pre-order for both PS3 and PC. Check out the newly revealed Collector's Edition, which comes with tons of neat stuff as well as special in-game items. 

  • Collector’s box designed by Yoshitaka Amano
  • 80-page “Art of Eorzea” hardcover art book
  • “The Waning of the Sixth Sun,” a special bonus video disc 
  • “Sounds of Eorzea” album 
  • Five collectable character art cards
  • a security token to secure user accounts
  • Bonus items: Helm of Light, Baby Behemoth Minion, Coeurl Mount and Behemoth Barding

Pre-order either this Collector's Edition or the standard version and get a Cait Sith Doll Minion vanity pet and Mog Cap-themed headgear.

The game will be available on August 27, 2013, priced at $39.99 on PS3 and $29.99 on PC. The Collector's Edition will be priced at $79.99 and $69.99 respectively.
