Welcome back! I’m LOVING Elden Ring; it’s the perfect mix of challenging and rewarding that I needed. I’m running a quality (equal mix of dex and strength) build and tend to ditch side quests to fight bosses since that’s where my heart is at. There’s plenty more to play on-stream tonight on Destructoid’s Twitch channel.
Oddly enough I’m finding that the most difficult experiences are off the beaten path somewhere in the open world — like, the “mini” bosses and stuff.
Main story bosses are definitely tough in Elden Ring, but nothing like the fights I’ve spent the most time on. Speaking of the storyline, I’m probably close-ish to beating the game, but truthfully it’ll be a handful more streams.
I still haven’t faced everybody in the trailer yet, have you? How is your journey going? I’d love to hear all about it while I explore and try some new dances today.
