Have you been wanting to try out a PSP/PS3 Mini but didn’t want to drop the cash? How’s $.99 for you? Halfbrick has dropped the price of Echoes on the PlayStation Store to only a buck this week. It was original released in 2009 for $3, but now gamers in the US and Europe can get it for a dollar.
Players control Charlie, a girl transported to a dream world while studying art, and finds herself in a series of bizarre and surreal levels. To complete each level, the player must collect crystals and avoid the deadly Echoes which spawn and follow the player’s previous movements. Gameplay quickly becomes fast-paced strategic action as more complex paths are taken and the Echoes begin to close in!
Look, there’s only a few things you can do with a dollar anyway. Get a nasty “dollar menu” food item? Sure. Play 2-4 arcade games? I guess. Snort a line? Already did that. Might as well get this game.
