Dillon’s Rolling Western: The Last Ranger hits this April

Now with train!

Dillon’s Rolling Western looked like a nice tower defense game, but the original game was bogged down by an incredible grind. A sequel, titled Dillon’s Rolling Western: The Last Ranger, was announced at today’s Nintendo Direct.

The game will introduce new team members who need to be defeated before they’ll join you, as well as a train that will choo-choo throughout each level and requires protection from Dillon. Hopefully the core gameplay is jazzed up a bit to make it more interesting and tactical, so that the overall package can be better.

Dillon’s Rolling Western: The Last Ranger hits the 3DS eShop on April 11.
