And we thought the Borderlands ESRB rating was f’ing metal. Turbine announced the public launch of Dungeons & Dragons Onlne: Eberron Unlimited in style this morning with the above video. It’s raucous and downright metal, and chances are that your parents just won’t understand it, man.
In case you missed it — Eberron Unlimited is the “digital upgrade” for DDO that releases players from the shackles of monthly fees. Think of it like a hybrid MMO. DDO gives people the ability to purchase items, as well as the ability to buy into a monthly VIP program. But at its core, it’s free-to-play.
