D3 Publisher has trademarked the name Matt Hazard: Blood Bath and Beyond, revealing what may be the title of the next chapter of the Matt Hazard series. Although nothing is specified beyond the name, it’s possible that this could be the title of an upcoming XBLA game we’ve heard about starring D3’s tongue-in-cheek action hero.
A few of us are fans of Matt Hazard in the Destructoid office. While Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard wasn’t very technically sound, it was silly and funny, which somehow made the game far more entertaining than it had any right to be. I’m glad to see that more is coming from Matt, although hopefully future games will be refined a little bit more.
