Doujin action game gets an extreme makeover next week
Croixleur Sigma is being unleashed next week, localization outfit Nyu Media has announced. The hack-and-slash brawler will hit Steam and various other digital retailers on April 30 for $7.99.
Created by doujin studio Souvenir Circ., Croixleur channels Devil May Cry's Blood Palace mode by pitting players against waves of increasingly difficult enemies. The title originally released in the West early last year, but has been retooled with a number of enhancements, including co-op multiplayer, improved visuals, and second story mode.
We've been following the new version's progress for a little while now, and can safely say it looks and plays better than ever. For more detailed impressions, check back with us a little closer to launch after we've had some time to put the final build through its paces.
