The pagans are almost upon us as Crusader Kings II: The Old Gods gets closer to release. To mark the upcoming launch of this expansion, Paradox Interactive is offering folks the chance to create their own event, which will appear in the game itself. 

One does not need to be a programmer to apply, as all you need is a bit of creativity. The basic design of the event and the text itself is all that’s required. The contest post on the Paradox forums offers up examples and suggestions if you’re unsure of what the hell to do.

Three winners will be picked from the entries on the forum before the launch of The Old Gods, and if the developers like more than three of them, then we may very well see additional ones being added.
