Contests: show us your persona for this amazing prize pack

First things first: let me kick off this contest by saying that I hate everyone who will win this. I hate you. I hate you. I hate you.

Now that I’ve dealt with that, here’s this amazing prize pack, courtesy of the fine people at Atlus, makers of the delicious Persona 4 for the PlayStation 2.

What’s inside this prize pack:

  • a Teddie plush
  • a Charcoal Persona 4 t-shirt
  • a Persona 4 2009 calendar
  • the North American art book for the game
  • a beautiful ($30 value) Japanese P4 art book
  • and, of course, the game: Persona 4 for PlayStation 2

Let me get all fanboy for a second:

The artbook is stunning. Sure, the one that was available to pre-order customers in the US was nice, but this Japanese book, fresh off the Japanese bookstore shelf, is amazing. It’s called P4 Official Design Works, and includes just short of 200 pages of art, sketches, details and photos from the game.

The Persona 4 2009 calendar is also tempting me to steal it with its glossy pictures and in-game references. Hell, even Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday are highlighted each month. It took me a minute to get it: S.M.T — Shin Megami Tensei.

Like I said, I hate the winners! Read on for contest details.

The best news is that we have FIVE of these prize packs to give away. All you’ll need to do is create what you’d imagine your Persona to be and show it to us. If you could summon your inner power, what would it look like? Draw, photoshop, craft, photograph — anything. Just submit it in the comments below.  Be creative, though. Each pack is easily worth $150, so make your submission worth that. The Destructoid staff will pick the best five and award each with a P4 prize pack.

Good luck!

  • You can submit as many times as you’d like, but can only win once
  • Judging will take place in one week, on December 26th
  • U.S. residents only, please
