Cloud gaming puts WoW on Google TV

A cloud system called Gamestring Adrenalin allows gamers to play World of Warcraft on their Google TV devices. The company says it works right out of the box, with no plugins, Java, or other patches to work.

Well, hold up. You do have to install a host server on your PC. But, after that, you’re good to go on your Google TV. You can play as much as you want and even share gaming.

The above video shows a bit of what you can do with Gamestring Adrenalin. You’ll see one Google TV device, Logitech’s new box, perform this feat without breaking a sweat, right out of the box. Being able to play a game from someone else’s PC is a pretty cool feature. The added iPhone/iPad and Android support is even sweeter.

I’d love to see demonstrations with this working on any other game. Not that I don’t like WoW or anything. Maybe put it through its paces on a shooter or something.
