Calling all Warhawks: Operation: Broken Mirror is dated and priced

Recommended Videos

Fresh on the heels of Sony’s surprise announcement that Warhawk would be offered with a limited-time discount ($29 until 4/15), comes the official release date for the game’s latest expansion pack, Operation: Broken Mirror

According to Sony’s blog, the pack will be available for purchase on the PlayStation Store on April 17th, and will set you back $7.99. You can watch the video and see for yourself, but here’s what parting with that hard-earned cash entitles you to:

  • -10 bonus layouts for battlefields from the original game, so you can play with APCs.
  • -10 layouts on Vaporfield Glacier, a new Winter battlefield.
  • -2 new Armored Personnel Carriers (Chernovan and Eucadian styles).

The expansion definitely looks inviting, but I guess we’re still feeling spoiled by Epic’s freebie map pack announced on yesterday. Free is free, and that’s a hard act to follow. Do you guys plan on buying this?

[Thanks, Justin!]
