Borderlands console patches going live soon … real soon

It’s a real bummer that some people are experiencing a wide variety of technical issues with Borderlands on both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. I was lucky enough to not run into any of them, but from the sound of it, a fair few are deadly. Never a good thing for a time-sucking game such as this.

Over on the official Gearbox forums, there’s an update on the status of the console patches. The good news is that the updates will be here soon enough.

The 360 version is getting its patch first — look for it tomorrow at 2:00 AM CDT. As for the Borderlands PS3 update, you can plan on it arriving (also tomorrow) at 11:00 AM CDT.

Look after the break for the two lists of fixes, and if there is anything you’ve encountered that’s not on them, let Gearbox know by going here.
