Well, I'm a day late on posting all my Christmas stuff, but I've been super busy so whatev. My dad informed me this year that he wasn't buying me anymore video games for Christmas. Understandable, especially since I'm 21 now. So, needless to say, I had a smaller Christmas this year. This is also due to cutbacks because of the economy too. So! With that, let's get started.
Wacom Bamboo Graphics Tablet
HOO-RAY!! This is what I was really hoping I would get! I've needed one of these for a long time and I've been playing with it ever since I got it. It's also good for my blog because it means I can draw little doodles for you guys like the one pictured above!
2 Years of Nintendo Power
Like I said in my birthday blog, I have the greatest girlfriend of all time. She bought me a two year subscription of Nintendo Power! I was so excited! I have to say that it really is a much better magazine than when I last read it. Probably due to Nintendo no longer owning it. There are actually opinions now! OOOOO! Not to mention that there's a poster in every issue!
I got some socks and underwear (woo-hoo...) along with candy and the usual stuff in my stocking.
I got a lot of money this year because of the no video games thing. I have everything that I need and could want so I didn't want my family buying a bunch of things that I don't need, especially with money being so tight right now. SO! That means that I got a lot of money from people. Over $300.00 in all. I already used some of it to buy Ninja Town for the DS and will probably buy Castleania: Order of Ecclesia tomorrow. My dad also got me an $80.00 gift card to a book store since there is a certain book I've been wanting, but it doesn't come out until April.
BTW, Ninja Town rocks. If nothing else, for the image below.
So! I had a great Christmas! Even though it was a bit smaller than my birthday, I still got some awesome things and I'll be able to buy some of the games I want with the money I got as well. I'm glad that I didn't get as much this year, I don't need anything and it also allowed my family to focus on gifts for my nieces. I have to tell you though... I better have a son or two because I've had all the pink Christmas' I can take....
