I think I'm going to be hard pressed to find someone to agree with me on this, but I think a lot of older, level based games were better cinematic experiences than most games that strive for it today.


It's crazy to me that Konami put out a better, more consumer-friendly game (Castlevania) than Nintendo (Mario Kart). Castlevania has your typical gacha stuff, but it gives you so many opportunities to earn in game currency to buy things.


We're at four Borderlands games and it's still a nightmare to play split screen and open menus.

Can we talk about how nice it is that Mortal Kombat 11 was announced just a few months before it releases? How nice it is that our hype won't die from a long wait?


I don't know how I did it, but it made my night.


Finally watched Ready Player One and I loved it. Dare I say that it's a movie that defines a generation? Online games, digital currencies, war on a free market or whatever (internet), building relationships online, retro appreciation, shitty corporations
