Phils Game/Pop Music Similarities #112 - Bells & Fortunes

Greetings fellow game music lovers,

Now for this sunny wednesday I take a deep dive into the obscurity box and come back with a song from an otherwise well known shooter series: "Gift Of The Wind" from the arcade game "Bells & Whistles" from 1991, in Japan known as "Detana!! TwinBee" by Konami. 

This sequence reminds me a little of the song "You've Got Your Troubles" originally released by UK beat band The Fortunes in 1965:

I wonder if there is a japanese band who covered this at some point?
