Old to New: The Definitive Edition

As you may have noticed on your Xbox marketplaces or your PSN stores, a few games have been popping up that were originally released on old generation consoles such as the Xbox 360 or PS3. However, they had a bit of cosmetic surgery done and now they look even prettier with that all new silky smooth Next Gen 60FPS look.

Metro Redux, Sleeping Dogs, Tomb Raider, The Last of Us have been some of the first games to start this new Definitive Edition trend with other games such as GTA V and Halo coming in the near future. Personally, I think that this is a great idea, not only can you replay some of the games that you enjoyed but also the ones you didn’t get chance to play. In my case, I didn’t pick up a copy of Tomb Raider because I was already having fun playing Borderlands 2 and Halo 4. When it came out on the Next Gen Console, I bought copy, played it and released that I missed out on a great game. Thank god they brought it to Next Gen.

So, here’s my question to you, which game would you like to see brought to the Next Gen Consoles. Maybe you’re like me and want Bioware to give all three Mass Effect games that new look, making the Shepard Shuffle even more glamorous.

Maybe you want games such as Assassin Creed, Uncharted or even Gears of War to get the ‘remastered’ touch. Or maybe you think that this is a bad idea and you want to see new titles rather than old definitive edition titles.

Tell me what you think?
