Hello friends, I hope you all had a nice Friday!

So who all has watched the much anticipated 4th season of Arrested Development? I still have 3 episodes to go before finishing it, but I like what I've seen so far. I think Maeby's episode was my favorite one so far. I loved her acceptance speech at the Opie's awards show, and I thought she was generally a funnier character than she's been previously. Lucille's episode was also fantastic, of course. She's still my favorite character, and anything she says or does never fails to crack me up! And Gob's episodes were great as well!

I think the only character I'm kind of disappointed in this season is Tobias. The Fantastic 4 storyline and his new love interest just aren't really doing it for me. He does have his moments, though, so it's not all bad. I still haven't seen Buster's or George Michael's episodes, and I have high hopes for both of them!

And I think it goes without saying that my favorite thing about the new season of Arrested Development is a certain long-necked, feathery individual.

Cindy the Ostrich! Side-note: the ostrich-like sound Lucille 2 makes at one point was possibly my favorite moment of season 4.

Then and Now

For this month's prompt, let's look back in time on our favorite games, then bring our gaze back to the present. Back then, Pokémon had 150 different monsters to collect, psychic types and ghosts were pretty strong, and the only reliable method of hatching eggs was riding a bike downhill on that bike path outside Celadon. Now, Pokémon has added three new types, psychics were toned down considerably (maybe too much until we see how Sun and Moon do), and we've since seen running and even rollerblading added to help in egg hatching.
