I've been playing Bloodborne recently. As I noted in a quickpost I made recently I had imported a copy of the game from the middle east or something for some reason-I don't know-but regardless I've been tearing into this game recently and its been great. Up until Vicar Amelia I had seen it all before after playing on a siblings console but never getting farther but then I managed to beat her on my first try-turns out Coop scaling is really instrumental in making that fight as difficult as it was the first time me and limo tried it which is kind of ironic but whatever. Point is I entered uncharted territory-and it was amazing.
Thanks to NeoTurbo who helped me while I streamed (see my personal profile sidebar if you care to see me play stuff) I found several optional areas and I am now spoiled for choice where to go. As I started exploring the forbidden forest I felt that thrill of terror and excitement you get from souls games so often-of wanting to look around but also being mindful and scared of what nightmares are going to come to make you have a bad day. Its really peak souls and so far I'm having a fucking blast with this game.
Also I tried the Chalice Dungeons. S'ok.
* - Khalid explains where hes been and some of the troubles he been having in his life time stuffs. Feel free to go show some support if you feel like it or check out the blog if you're curious where hes been.
S - D-Volt does a review of the "Pikachu Choco-Banana McFlurry which is a japan only thing that comes in a pikachu faced cup. Never seen a food review on my day before, but this one seemed like a good approach to it and its nice to hear it apparently didn't taste like death and misery.
C - I feel like this blog could use some work-adding images and going more into depth as well as extending the length would make for a stronger overall piece of writing. Not a bad blog but one that could use some more meat on its bones to be a bit stronger.
