Open World Anxiety

The moment I booted up The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, I fell in love. The opening sequence where Link walks out of the Resurrection Shrine was truly breathtaking – the whole world was literally at my fingert...

About Avitagone of us since 10:00 AM on 04.24.2012

I have been playing video games since I was a little kid. One of my first memories is at the age of 6 playing the original Legend of Zelda on my sisters NES. You could say I was hooked from the start. I was always a Nintendo fanboy at heart, we bought gameboy pockets and then the colors, we owned an N64 and I loved to play my friend's SNES, but after the N64's generation I began to broaden my horizons. As of recently Sony began to grow on me and Xbox won me over from the start. While I never owned a Playstation or PS2 I didn't miss on some of my favorite games on them such as: FFVII, FFIX, Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, and Legend of Dragoons. I just happen to play those at my friend's house on his systems. Now, I sit at home with a Xbox360, Wii, DS Lite, Gameboy Color, N64, and of course my trust Sega Genesis(all which I still play to this day).

It is hard to decide my all time favorite games, but some include: Final Fantasy IV, Bioshock, Legend of Zelda (NES), Streets of Rage (1 or 2), Sonic 2, Pokemon Red/Silver, Banjo Kazooie, and Halo Evolution: Combat Evolved (the sequels are good but OG is where it is at).
