Blade & Soul is getting the Warlock class this week

Whenever I play an MMO, I tend to gravitate towards pet-based classes. I like the idea of being able to solo content at all times, just in case I feel like doing some questing without friends available. Over the years more and more games have allowed the option to solo for just about any job, increasing their accessibility, but my love for the playstyle remains.

Blade & Soul is getting that very class this week in the form of Warlocks. Promised as an addition before launch, you can now boot the game up and start one up, which is described as a “medium-ranged” caster who uses Talismans to buff or debuff enemies.

Even if you don’t play the game it’s worth watching the rundown video below just to see the art design involved — man this game looks good.
