Apex Legends has a Loch Ness Monster Easter egg, and you don't even need to pay it tree-fiddy

This is COD Zombies level involved

For days now Apex Legends players have been hunting down "Nessy [sic] dolls," with the sole purpose of locating the Easter egg they hold. The community even dedicated an entire subreddit to the practice. Welp, they found it! And as expected, the reward is a giant Loch Ness monster appearing on the map.

Players tracked down every location of a Nessy doll (10 in all), which need to be blasted in order, then voila, the creature appears. In case you haven't heard Nessy is kind of the unofficial mascot of Apex Legends developer Respawn Entertainment, appearing in Titanfall proper.

You can watch the whole thing play out courtesy of GarbageKogMain's Twitch stream below. Don't expect a massive surprise! It's just a cute little brief interlude that might hint at an upcoming (and potentially first) in-game event.
