A book fetishist’s dream come true: The Ninokuni

I’ve been obsessed with collecting rare editions of books for abut ten years now. If you really love reading, you can definitely develop a fetish for books, and nothing is more delightful to the senses that discovering a beautiful new edition of something you already love or are looking forward to discovering.

That being said, finally getting a good look at the Ninokuni, the book that comes packaged with the Level-5 game of the same name, was exciting in a way I never expected from a game tie-in. The presentation is absolutely decadent, with an ornate box that opens to reveal the game and of course the Ninokuni itself. It may not look this way if the game does indeed come to America, but if so (please, Level-5, please), it just might be the best day ever for this gamer.
