I love it in Another Code: Two Memories for the DS where you are given a DS console in game. Happens in Luigi's mansion 2 as well. Any others people can think of??

½ Review: The Messenger

If there was a witty subtitle to this review it would be “A game of two halves…” – BECAUSE THE GAME CHANGES HALF WAY THROUGH. Is that a spoiler? Probably, if you didn’t know that already; if you hadn&rsq...

So I've been playing The Messenger thanks to it being free with Twitch Prime:- I am enjoying my time with the game so far (I think I just got to the twist), it's very addictive. But sort of happy I didn't buy it. Not entirely getting the hype around it...

I've started writing about Persona 3 FES, feel free to check out the opening blog! In game I'm currently feeling guilty for entirely sidelining Junpei - p.s. Stupei is the best pun ever conceived

½ Review: Santa Claus Junior (Game Boy Color)

It’s nearly Christmas! Oh god, what a bundle of stress: dealing with family, getting presents ready, cooking, travelling; and finally, worst of all, struggling to find a worthwhile Christmas themed videogame to comment on! Oh dea...

Started playing Persona 3 this weekend. It's surprising how quickly the game gets going compared to Persona 5... Loving the music as usual. Party management seems quite limited so far. No demon descriptions :(

½ Review: Bloodborne (PS4)

The streets are empty, the doors are all locked. But something is at large. Something is running through the alleyways, rummaging through the bins, clawing at the brick work. Close the curtains, check the doors are barred and pray, pra...

½ Review: Hotel Dusk (Nintendo DS)

Hotel Dusk is simultaneously an effective page-turner-mystery and quite a boring video game; it’s part interactive fiction and part point and click adventure. But a point and click adventure in which you’re looking f...

½ Review: Silent Hill (PS1)

Silent Hill seemed extremely mysterious when I first saw it in a shop catalogue. Resident Evil was zombies, Dino Crisis was dinosaurs (dino-horror… has that already been coined?), but what was Silent Hill? Misty streets and amb...
