Thanks to Laterry's Uematsu post YouTube recommended me this 70s German disco song about Rasputin, performed in English by a band whose lead singer has some sweet ass dance moves. Enjoy.

I'm picking the most basic choice for this Uematsu lovin', and I shamefully admit that I prefer the Advent Children version. But this is a great piece of music nonetheless.

Oh also Nero apparently has a vibrating arm that he uses to massage Kyrie's "hips and shoulders". Sure. That's what people use vibrators for. Hips, shoulders, and NOTHING ELSE.

We all got so distracted by Dante's theme sucking so hard we all completely ignored this TGS trailer for DMC5. Trish and Lady are in the game. So that's cool, right?

So with Peachette being a thing, this was kind of inevitable. Fan made, not official. Sorry to disappoint.

Mid-Month reminder for September's #BandofBloggers prompt, Leading Ladies. I'm roughly halfway through Shadow of the Tomb Raider, the game I'm playing/writing about at the moment. Still plenty of time to write something up for it if you're interested.

I wrote a blog about Spider-Man (PS4). It's a bit sloppy, and a little rambly, and it has a decent amount of spoilers, so read at your own risk. Link in the comments.

Friendly reminder that this month's #BandofBloggers them is Leading Ladies. There is still lots of time to write a blog. Link to the full blog in the comments. BUMP

I have beaten Spider-Man. Do not tell Aunt May. #Spoiler-y thoughts in the comments

Just popping by to say Spider-Man is fan-fucking-tastic so far. Insomniac did a great job making webslinging fun as hell!

Playstation is doing some cool things to advertise Spider-Man.

Been so excited for Smash Ultimate I completely forgot that I could be playing Smash Wii U this whole time. So now I am.

Peering over some of the Spider-Man Black Cat comments I've come across something that's very...confusing. Some people seem less concerned with the DLC practice and more with how BC looks. Apparently she's "ugly". Am I high, or is this some weird shit?

Throwing out another post about the new #BandofBloggers prompt, now that the weekend is over. This month's theme is Leading Ladies. There's full details in the blog, but basically I just want you to play/write about games featuring female protagonists.

Former Head of Destructoid's Unofficial Book Club, Current Head of the Unofficial Book of the Month Club, and Self-Appointed Grand Duke Viceroy of #TeamSandwich.

Super Mario Bros. 3 was the very first game (I remember) playing. Since then I have been a big fan of the medium.

I'm an avid gamer, aspiring writer, and a big fan of dark, offbeat humor. RPGs and platformers are my bread and butter, but I'm also a fair action/adventure guy too. Really there are no genres I outright dislike, just individual games. Every game genre offers something different, and I've come to love the variety. I feel the same way with comics, movies, manga, etc. Not really hung up on "genres", I just like what I like, and I don't care what genre it is.

Recently I've been trying to "break out of my shell" by getting out of my comfort zone and trying things I normally would not. Because of this I have discovered lots of new games, books, manga, shows, and movies that I now love. I do my part now to try to help others expand their horizons and get out of their own familiar space and try new things.

Destructoid has been a big help in getting me to broaden my horizons, and interact with more people outside my familiar circle of friends and acquaintances. I've come to love this site, and look forward to sharing more with you knuckleheads.
