Job things. A friend asked for a copy of my resume recently, potentially for a job at their job. Another job contacted me through a job board for a phone screen. I checked them out....and they don't sound so good. I dunno if I should go for it now...

So, in 2 weeks I'll be on a week-long vacation! What do people do on vacation? I don't really have travelling money - they don't pay me enough for that.

Trying to force myself to apply for jobs again. Sadly 90% of the remote work has the clause "You still need to come in sometimes anyway", defeating the point. And most of the rest seems above my level, a sidegrade at best, or reads like a scam.

I'm the most introverted person I know, and my friends are anything but. On Sunday they took me on a beach trip! I actually enjoyed it much more than I thought I would.

Hey, Um TRAVELIN' OVUH HEAH! I went to New York with friends yesterday. Highlights below!

Yesterday was a bit of a rough day, with a family emergency. But thankfully everything seems okay for now. I was actually able to help a bit by driving my Mom home and getting her some food on the way to her. I couldn't have done that a year ago.

Today was one of those days where Murphy's Law was in full effect. Mistakes, heartless customers, etc. Also my bus card stopped working on the way home...

Spur-of-the-moment, but I decided to take off from work for a week next month! Well, Monday-Friday, at least. I'm not usually called in for Sundays nowadays. I have no earthly idea what I'll do, but who cares, I'm off! Now to wait and make sure it sticks.

Sonic Origins trailer! They actually got Sonic3&Knuckles here. I'm 50/50 on this - on the one hand these versions look great and deserve to be a thing, but on the other I own most of these elsewhere and I'm more interested in the little animations.
