Yep, the HALO jump in Dead Space 2 is one of my favorite moments in gaming. God, it's just so badass.

I know I'll be continuing my vicious cycle of involving myself in too many games at once but fuck it, I really wanna play Dead Space 2 again. One of my favorite games ever, easy.

Been replaying Titanfall 2. Was looking at my trophies and forgot that it came out the same year as DOOM. Now I really need to be able to interchange that ost with TF2. It would fit so well.

Watched the original Blade Runner again and then watched 2049 right after. Yep, I like 2049 more. Also yep, 2049 is one of my new favorite movies of all time.

Decided to work on playing through some RE games I never finished, namely Revelations 1&2 and RE6. Got a little bit into the second chapter of Leon's campaign in RE6 over the weekend and OH GOD EVERYTHING IS SO MUCH WORSE THAN I REMEMBER

I was almost certain I was going to get screwed out of it, but I finally got my code for Ace Combat 5 on PS4. Best game and best plane!

I never really payed attention to the protagonists in past Ace Combat games, but something about how AC7 handles Trigger gets me totally invested in playing as him. One of the most interesting uses of a silent protagonist in a while.

Man, Ace Combat 7 is getting tough, but my god if the MUSIC doesn't give me the strength to push on. "All aircraft, form up on Trigger nice and tight!" *0:50 plays* I live for this shit.

Oh man, the soundtrack's really good too, and this is just the theme to the first mission. I seriously got chills at around 1:45. Welcome back, Ace Combat.

Looks like it's going to snow all weekend where I live. Guess I'll have no choice but to stay in and play Ace Combat 7. I'm ok with this.

T-minus a couple of days until Ace Combat 7.

Played the RE2 demo over the weekend. The game's going to be amazing, but was slightly disappointed there was no dramatic voice over on the title screen that went "Resident Evil...TWOOO...".

Had a terrible day at work yesterday and was dreading today, but came across the final boss theme to the epilogue of P3 that I haven't even played yet and I feel like I can take on anything. That's the power of Persona, I guess.

It's quite an odd sensation to have such a chill song stuck in your head during a super busy day at work.

Just found out that if you preorder Ace Combat 7 on PS4, you get Ace Combat 5 digitally for free. That's a damn good way to get my preorder.

Holy shit, Ace Combat 7 comes out next week and then RE2: Remake the week after that? That is a VERY solid gaming forecast.

I'm still in awe of how good of a battle theme "Blooming Villain" is in Persona 5. Just everything about it, especially when the lead guitar of the chorus comes soaring in and the tempo changes.
