I never imagined a Fire Emblem game in which battles play second fiddle to exploration and tea. It's even more surprising that it works as well as it does.

Wait, Fire Emblem 3 Houses has no weapon triangle?? What sort of mad heresy is this?!?

Really bummed you can't play Super Mario Party with a pro-controller. I have a pro and a Joy Con pair, and can't play with 3 people :(

Apparently, after the very first battle, Fire Emblem 3 Houses asks you to choose a side. Knowing literally nothing about anyone, I did the only logical thing and picked the cute waifu.

The animated Resident Evil movies are orders of magnitude better than the live Action ones.

50 hours later, Tokyo Mirage Sessions is done! I wouldn't quite call it the Wii U's best game, as our very own Nekro did, but despite its many problems, I couldn't put it down. Now I want to see what a proper SMT X FE game would look like.

In Fire Emblem, when you class up with a master deal your character usually looks the part, fancier or more powerful, or both. In Tokyo Mirage Sessions, the upgraded Mirage usually becomes hideous for some reason.

I'd love to be a fly in wall during the Tokyo Mirage Sessions design meeting so I could (maybe) understand how the conversation went from "how to make SMT x FE crossover" to "I know, pop idols!”

I just watched an entire season of Altered Carbon in two days.

Damn, Castlevania season 3 really goes all out in the end.

Romancing Saga 3 and Octopath Traveler didn't keep me, but Tokyo Mirage Sessions looks like a winner. Persona-lite with Fire Emblem Personas? Sure, I'll take it.

Trying out Octopath Traveler, just collected my third character. One thing I noticed is that there's sadly no banter or interaction between the characters, like they're not even aware of each other's existence. Does that change once you collect everyone?

What games did you finish this month? What's your favorite? I finished God of War, Captain Toad, Titanfall 2, Link's Awakening and Yoshi's Crafted World.

Another quarantine game down for the count, Yoshi's Crafted World. It's cute and amusing. I even died a few times in the later levels, so you actually have to keep your eyes open! Overall, I'd say Destructoid's review is right on the money.

I'm a longtime JRPG fan, but know nothing of the Saga series besides hearing that it's "different". Would you fine folks recommend Romancing Saga 3?

I quit Devil Survivor 2 on day 2. It's not bad by any means, I usually like these games, but it's way too demanding, complex, I spend more time organizing the party than playing, and it's ridiculously long. Not what I'm looking for right now.

Guys, what's the appeal of Animal Crossing? Legit question, I see everybody playing it and feel like joining the festivities, but to me, from a distance, it looks like you just go around talking to people, collecting bugs, fishing and making your bed.

My PS4 is up to his old shenanigans again, refusing to turn on. On the bright side, if it fails to magically work once again in a day or 2 like before, I only had 3 games left on my PS4 backlog, all of which are also on PC.

Super Mario Party has been successful in getting lady Caim to play videogames with him. Thanks, Nintendo!

Considering tackling Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker, but hesitant due to the massive time commitment. Is it worth it?
