Lost in Fear (2022): Newest song from me, Alphadeus! I think it came out pretty neat. 2 more songs and I can release an album, which is great because I need possible buyers to buy my stuff :p If not, I'm sure I'll be fine. Hope things are well
I think the FFXI "Return Home" campaign ends today at around 11am eastern. I'm contemplating tossing them at least 1 month sub, and I want to do a world transfer. After reading up on it, I'll probably move to Bahamut, as Asura is very crowded.
Waking Nightmare (2017) [Raptor Lancer]: One of the coolest songs I've ever written. You ever fall asleep and have a dream loop of waking up over and over, trying to get out of bed, but it all being a dream, only to find yourself still in bed? It's crazy
Eternal (2022): Threw down this jam earlier today to try to break my streak of not writing music for almost 2 months. I have a lot of inspiring sounds to look through. Just need to get back on the composing horse ;)
Caedarva Mire - Final Fantasy XI : I forget the actual name of this song. Spoilers(?) for Treasures of Aht Urghan zone. I think this song is really spooky, and even at the original cap of 75, the zone itself was scary for different reasons. Good stuff.
Omicron (2011) - One of my favorite songs from the album "From Alpha to Omega". It uses the "A Well-Known Stranger" melody, and it's quite an energetic piece of music. It's definitely one of my proudest achievements. FFXI is a jerk, see comments :p
Omega (2011): The final track of my second album "From Alpha to Omega" where I wrote a song for each letter of the Greek Alphabet. This song is meant to represent hopelessness and despair. I share these songs because I don't want to be forgotten.
Paranoia (2019): From the album "Madness". Not sure what to say about this song. I really like the drums throughout. Got some spooky sounds :p I'm a pretty paranoid person. I feel like I inherited it from my father. If something is odd, I back away.
Last Words of a Dying Man (2019): One of the few songs I've written that can make me emotional. Originally written for a scene where the hero is saying goodbye to a long time friend. It's not a very complex song, and it's kinda short. But it still hits.
Kauzality: I believe this was the 3rd song I wrote for the original Songs for Gamers (known as Destructoid Community Album back then) in 2011. This is when the idea "clicked" and I wrote a ton of great songs for it (the first two songs were replaced).
One To Be Feared (2016): This is somewhat of a sequel song to Corrupt Leader of the Free World. I like the piano lead, and the use of horror sounds throughout the song.
The Corrupt Leader of the Free World (2014): I'm not a very political person, especially when I wrote this song for a scenario of a very evil leader abusing their power and causing mostly negative things. The hero would have to overthrow the leader.
In Your Base, Spaceship (2012): 2012 was a VERY experimental year for me music-wise. I was trying to find my own unique sound, and that would be synth heavy songs with simple melodies. This song is a good example of the kind of music I write.
A Simple Town (2019): One of my biggest weaknesses in making music, is that I don't vary up the instruments much, if at all. This song has what I call Voice Changing, where the melody alternates between two instruments, like a duet of sorts.
Remembering Childhood (2018): I originally wrote this song back in around 2002 or so for a game project that was never finished. This was back when I played the parts live and layered them to make music. I've since started punching in notes manually.
AIRBORNE (2019): From CHIPS II, this song has an unusually high number of views, and I'm not sure why. It's a good song, but my stuff rarely gets even 30 views. I'm wondering if people searched for something else & found this. Stick around for the middle!
Am not drunk. Is no Bueno. Car won't start. I think it might be a dead battery. Hopefully it's nothing worse. I am tired of asking for money what seems like most of the time. Been playing No Man's Sky. Fun game :) Hope everyone is doing well.
Fairly recent picture #SelfieToid ... hair is being pressed down by my headphones. I need a haircut but I don't want to go outside :P Hope everyone is doing well.
Abstract ~for Orchestra~ (Classic): as mentioned before, Classic indicates that I do not know the year I composed it. I think 2005. Anyone up for an AMA? I doubt there's interest at 4:30am but hey you never know :p Hope you're enjoying your morning/evenin
Looking Back (Classic): Songs labeled classic are songs I don't remember what year I wrote them. Looking Back is one of my favorite songs. I wrote it on the piano and I believe I performed it in this version. The song is about remembering the past.
New Album "CHIPS V" has been released. 10 tracks, free to download. This time around I went with no limits on the instruments used in each song. They probably sound more aggressive. Only 1 Bump!
Battle Tanks (2022): I'm trying to space out my original music links because I feel like when I post too many in a row, it gets overlooked. Also remind me not to release a song on April Fools :p
This song makes me happy. Just felt like sharing.
Final Form (2022): Not much to say about this one. Another boss battle song in the books for me :p
