505 Games to publish Overkill's The Walking Dead shooter

505 more characters you love will die.

Way back in August we caught wind that Payday developer Overkill would be creating a co-op shooter based on The Walking Dead called...Overkill's The Walking Dead. We haven't heard much else but we now know that 505 Games (Payday 2, Sniper Elite 3, Terraria) is set to publish the title. Seems like a good fit since the teams have history together.

With Overkill working alongside series creator Robert Kirkman to develop new characters and plotlines, this might be one to look out for when it comes to PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. That is, if you don't feel like another Walking Dead is going to be overki- never fucking mind.
