A couple of weeks ago, I found myself with this bizzare urge. I unplugged my wii, took my
N64 out of the closet, stuck the Super Mario 64 cartridge in, and started walking around in
Bob-Omb battlefield. It's been eleven years since that game came out, and it's still a game
that you would play just for fun. Maybe I'm just too easily entertained, but I still remember
the first time I played that game in 2000(I was seven at that time). I know there are many of
you out there that probably still play this game today. The reason I'm posting this is just to
make sure that the first ever real 3d platformer is still alive today. And... because I want to
feel like I'm not the only one who still plays it.
PS: I'm not implying that it's the best Mario game ever. I want galaxy so bad right now it's
not even funny. But here in Israel they JUST released Metroid Prime Corruption, so you can
see how far behind I am here. If only I could go back to France this Christmas so I could get
the newest games.
