Today is my 18th birthday! Err... Actually, it was yesterday... At least that is what my clock tells me here in Germany. But in America, it's still the 3rd of November, right? So technically, it's still my birthday now. But before it gets more confusing, let's talk about the important things: The celebration with my friend and family!
Though there is not much to say. Typical birthday party with food, gifts and a lot of fun. Me and my friends went to the local cinema to watch
Ratatouille. A very enjoyable and funny movie, in my opinion. And were still having fun, playing
Mario Power Tennis,
Rayman Raving Rabbids and
Naruto: Clash of Ninja - European Version.
Besides a sh**load of money, I got a subscription of the german gaming magazine
GEE and two games for birthday. Theres games are actually six, since
The Orange Box includes five complete games. I already got my hands on
Portal which I was very excited about. And it is as fun as I expected. Also I tried
Team Fortress 2. It's my first online team shooter and I was afraid that, unexperienced as I am, I would be called a noob all the day and would never be able to learn the game. Fortunately, I was wrong. It is a fun game and even though I die a lot, I enjoy it.
The second (or sixth) game I got for birthday was
The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. As far as I can say, it is an awesome game with awesome controls and awesome graphics. But I think you know that already.
Also, my cake is not a lie.
