All that will happen is you’ll get up a goal heading into the final frame in an elimination game, only to have every possibility of happiness ripped away from your soul. It is the most painful of deaths. Hope is for the foolish. Nothing matters. You deserve every second of this misery.

Why even bother when all anything brings me is anger and sadness? Why am I the way that I am!? Just watching naively as my spirit is lifted, knowing full well the inevitability that is coming, and getting my heart piledrived into this hellscape of an existence. This is the absolute worst!
