I am sad to say that I haven't played Overwatch in about two weeks now. My addiction seems just about over; in fact I haven't even tried competititve mode yet. The big reason for that is all the new singleplayer games I have on my To Do list. When your list includes one jRPG, one strategy game, and one visual novel, it's safe to say that you won't have time for much else for a while.
I've also been feeling rather tired lately, for no particular reason. I do the stuff I have to do, I exercise a little bit, I play the said singleplayer games, and when all is said and done I don't have so much energy left for a hectic game like Overwatch.
That's not to say though that the love affair is over. Overwatch is the first PC game in a very long time that I paid full price for, and that wasn't without reason. I still had tons of fun with this game, and I want to have tons more fun still. I just hope the player base hasn't gone to shit by the time I get back.
So I guess maybe we should call this the "Friday Night Fights: Will Overwatch Edition" instead.
