The 4th installment in the Assassin's Creed franchise, set in the early 18th century Caribbean centered on this pirate , named Edward Kenway who encounters pirates, Templars, Ships on the new high seas extension from the other assassins creed games, and other fugitive pirates. This whole world is not real and is created by the animus database which is where you can connect and get interactive with the world, this one being in the 18th century.
The graphics are amazing and the high sea battles are greatly choreographed. The dialogue is somewhat glitchy, and the actions of how to kill gets repetitive and boring. The high sea battles and the story make up for all that.
This franchise just keeps getting better and better adding new and improved additions in each game. Also adding more historical context to the games.
Overall, this game is somewhat good, with great historical storytelling and great swashbuckling action for everyone to play!
