Some More 'bo
So, Limbo. That happened. If I can talk about the ending without really talking about the ending for a minute, I'm still reeling, but it's not from the impact of it so much as the lack thereof. Imagine a backwards world where up is down, left is right, and the greatest punches are those that never happen. There, people eat the strawberry strip in Neopolitan ice cream and Limbo's ending is profound. Instead, we live here in the land of lacking. I've taken a few days to think it over and I'm reaching the same conclusion - the game ultimately doesn't do enough to comment on any of the themes or ideas it tugs into the light over the course of the story.
