Dag yo! So, itís that time again. Iím STILL
about 2 Ė 3 months behind in posting stuff, which will hopefully change for my next post. With that said, all of this stuff is like from February and March. Iíve been busy as hell so Iíve exhausted the few of these I had backlogged, but Iím just going to stop caring about when I got stuff and just have a few big posts coming up. Weíve got some more awesome stuff from Cash Converters, Goozex, various new games, and a few cool doodads here and there. Enough with the text, on with the show!
So, only the best store in the world can continue to provide me with awesomeness such as this! This edition we have yet another boxed Square game in the form of Kingís Knight, finally a copy of The Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past on GBA, Gungrave, Contra (which Iíve somehow not had until now, even though I played it all the time as a kid), Adventure Island II, and then Adventures of Lolo.
Here is yet another Goozex haul. Let Sol Divide be a lesson to all of you my friends, in terms of how important proper game research is. As most of you know, Iím on a quest to collect every North American released Atlus game and upon some halfhearted research I discovered they published Sol Divide . . . in Japan . . . -_-Ď So, long story short, I ended up with a game I didnít exactly need, but oh well. You win some you lose some. Besides Sol Divide, I also got PaRappa the Rapper and Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World as well.
So, as you can tell, this is just a little
bit dated and all . . . >_< Here we have both Pokťmon HeartGold Version and SoulSilver Version. That means I have 2 Pokťwalkers, of which Iíve yet to use even though Iím 140 hours into HeartGold, primarily because I have no idea how to work it! Hahaha! I should really read up on that. We also have BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger Portable as well.
Did you know that Okami is like the BEST
game ever! I mean EVERYTHING
in my life revolves around it. I mean I even wrote a fanfiction about it, and was writing a sequel for it, and I mean I never ever caused any shitstorms that pissed the living shit out of people by talking about! Nope! Not me! *sigh* Itís sad when you miss a retard who is somehow less retarded than some of the new retards on the site . . . -_-Ď Continuing on, Castlevania Judgment was only $10, so thatís why I got it, hahaha! We also have a couple games from series that Iím quite a fan of, in the form of Final Fantasy XIII (I WILL get around to playing it and will see what the big kerfuffle about it is) and Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight.
Here are some more games from various establishments not called Cash Converters. First up is Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon, Gran Turismo on PSP (which might I add was only $20 new, unlike the piece of shit download card which is still at $40, therefore making the PSP Go a steaming pile of failure), Mimana Iyar Chronicles which is an Aksys Games game that comes with a soundtrack, then we have both the Wii and PS2 versions of Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love. I actually got the Premium Edition (PS2) from RosenQueen
, which came with a kickass art book that youíll see in a couple of pictures.
What kind of haul would it be if I didnít have some kind of limited edition or such? A pretty bad one I tell you! Here we have God of War III Ultimate Edition. Since Kryptinite
did one hell of an unboxing video and had the same thoughts as I did, Iíll let you watch that if you want to see whatís in it.
So, most stores in Canada didnít get the first run print of Chrono Trigger on DS that came with the super kickass poster you see there. Luckily, a copy that did have it showed up at Cash Converters, of which they let me just snag the poster! Thanks guys! ^_^ Beside that is the Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love Unforgettable Memories hardcover art book that was a RosenQueen
Here we have a couple of display boxes for Pokťmon HeartGold and SoulSilver. From what I can tell, theyíre the exact same as the boxes for the actual games, which I guess is kind of cool? Hereís yet another lanyard to add to my already too large collection of them, and itís a God of War III one that is different than the one I picked up from PAX 2009. Finally, thereís the Fragile Dreams ~Farewell Ruins of the Moon~ Moonlight Tracks soundtrack that was a pre-order bonus for the game.
Last but not least, we have a Final Fantasy XIII Poster and Final Fantasy XIII The Official Mini Guide, both of which were pre-order bonuses with the game, as well as a Special Edition version of the BioShock 2 Guide, which is kind of lame, since it comes with only 1 of a possible set of 2 collectible lithographs.
Well, that ends yet another edition. As I said in the intro to this blog, Iím just going to fire off the rest of my stuff and get it cataloged and photographed so I can get rid of this backlog of mine. Until next time matez . . . latez!
