To save you time I'm going to have everyone raise their hands. Now, everyone who does not own a Zune put your hands down. Now, everyone who uses Xbox 360's Zune Marketplace keep your hands up and everyone else put your hands down. Everyone with their hands up, please keep reading... all three of you.
Come Jan. 25 Xbox Live's Zune Marketplace will be going under scheduled maintenance for up to 24 hours. The maintenance will begin at 10 p.m. and end when it ends. During this time, which is sure to be quite harrowing for all, you won't be able to download new videos or music. Your current library will be entirely accessible, however.
Oh, and it looks like one of you three people still reading has fallen asleep. Well, for the two of you that care... oh no, the other guy was actually a cactus standing in the corner. OK, for you, the one guy still caring, I hope this downtime doesn't hurt you too deeply.

On unrelated note, I was watching gamers bluray on my PS3 slim and realized how loud my PS3 slim works its fan. I first thought it was my 360 and turn it off then I realized that it was PS3 going crazy blowing hot air all over the place. I don't use PS3 as often as 360, but is this like...hmmmm....normal? Or is it about to go kablewy on me? Any thought you PS3 Nazies out there?
Anyway don't care about that zune channel, i just deleted it because it seems unesseary to open a seperate application just to watch a few game trailers every now and then.
Zune Marketplace is not just for Zune owners
Its still the XBox Live Video Marketplace, just with a different name. You can purchase 1080p video content, not just Zune media. You can learn a lot from something if you actually, you know, bothered to use it, Mr. Razak.

I use it pretty regularly, I was just making a joke about the perception that no one owns Zunes or uses them, which is a commonly held stereotype of the Zune market. I apologize for seeming inaccurate in my attempt to be humorous.

I really hate using Zune video for all my videos on 360 though. Any vids from Japan now fail to display the Japanese text, and they all get crammed to the bottom of my list every now and then because the US Zune data doesn't know what they are. The grouping is off too, and constantly having to update the stupid thing when I watch videos is tremendously annoying, since I have to exit back out of it to get to a content list I can actually find.
In short, screw Zune video on 360. And screw my PC for ruining my Zune. Sorta.
Old video Marketplace...where I didn't rent movies but I bought some music videos here and there....worked fine. They "upgrade" the dash to Zune Marketplace, the thing crashes or gets frozen trying to load a simple click on a square for info.
Why would anyone put up with long loads to open the price to something? I'm buying from you! Don't make me wait!
If they put together a Marketplace section with this kind of know how, well...yeah, I see how the Zune is such a joke if that quality carries over into the portable.
Good job, Microsoft. You used to have someone who actually purchased some stuff there, and now that the stupid thing is half broken, I never purchased anything again.
I just spend those same amount of dollars over in PSN. Because it works like it's supposed to with such unimportant functions like the ability to navigate and download fairly quickly without freezing the console.
I somewhat understand how Sony fanboys come to be. Microsoft creates them.
But xbox fanboys I still can't figure out how they came into their blind love given MS's constant bad treatment of it's customers. But then again, I'm still there on LIVE too, so aparently they have mastered mass hypnosis.
