I won't lie either I did buy ZOE for MGS2.
Hell I played that demo more than I did ZOE.
But ZOE was still damn awesomez

Cool. I don't have The 2nd Runner. At least they're doing more obscure ports now for those of us who missed them.
ZOE was the first game I copt for the PS2 and was how I discovered Metal Gear at the ripe age of 11.
Hope they make the VS mode into some sort of multiplayer. That shit was so fun playing with a friend but you had to fight just to have enough room on the screen. Online play would fix that :)

The first game was amazing for its time. Probably quite average these days, but still a worthy nostalgia trip, methinks.
I honestly remember a lot of the first ZOE. It was pretty bad. I did buy it solely for the MGS2 demo.
As far as I'm aware, yeah, it should be coming to Vita. But Konami's press release made no mention of the handheld. We've reached out for comment.
I'm going to have to give this a try. I've only played the first game, and my God, I thought it sucked. I keep hearing the second is perfection, though.
About damn time they give me a part of this year for this. I traded in my PS2 games when they announced this. I love the PS2 but it doesn't change the fact that the

super epic robot battle with a dynasty warrior-like field full of frames to plow through had some of the worst slow down I ever saw on the system (until I played Odin Sphere and Grimgrimoire) was tortorous.
I CANNOT wait to play through said sequence with better HD graphics on my 51" plasma and no slowdown.

Also, Conrad is right. If you have EVER liked mecha action in ANYTHING, this is literally the God-song of mecha in the 2nd runner. GET IT TO HELP CONVINCE KONAMI WE NEED the 3rd fighter (or... idk, maybe dueler, or sealer... what could show an 'end' in a 'zone'?)
