superannuation has dug up a little trademark filing by Bethesda parent company ZeniMax. The filing is for a game called Deathmark and it has been filed. You can see the file at the link above where it says "trademark filing." It's a filing for the game, which is called Deathmark. To summarize this first paragraph, Deathmark is a game title that ZeniMax, who is the parent company of Bethesda, has trademarked.
Can you tell that I have absolutely no further information on this? A quick Google search reveals that Deathmark is either something from Magic: The Gathering or something from Star Wars. Since this game is clearly not related to either of those things because those things already have their own game developers let's try to make some other connections. This could definitely be one of id's upcoming games under ZeniMax, but then why wouldn't id trademark it? Maybe ZeniMax isn't trying to make a Fallout MMO at all (legal issues?) and this is the MMO title they've been hiring for. Either way it seems we'll be getting a new game from the growing powerhouse.

A new US trademark for "The Order: 1886" has been filed by Sony, and the application shows that this name is for use with videogames. So we know a new game is coming. Good.
But we may have some clues as to where this game is ...
As with any other new trademarked name that pops up, we have no idea what this new one from Square Enix is about. The name that we found on NeoGAF, "The Mad & The Monsterous," sounds pretty cool, but it really could go an...
I know you can't see me, but I just threw up jazz hands and sassed out "Glacier Blast" while sitting alone in my office. I regret doing so. I hope no one was watching.
What is Glacier Blast? Your guess is as good as mine, tho...
A new Japanese trademark from Square Enix nails down the name "Fantasy Life." My mind immediately jumped to a game where you'd dive into piles of fluffy, squirmy corgi puppies, but it's probably something more along...

When word got out about Square Enix trademarking Deus Ex: Human Defiance, some of us got a bit carried away. The name, in our defense, did seem like a rather fitting title for a potential follow-up to 2011's Human Revolution....
