You need to play Celestial Mechanica right now

7:00 AM on 09.22.2011

How am I only now hearing about Celestial Mechanica? This beautifully animated game comes to you from the minds of Roger Hicks (rComplex) and Paul Veer (animator of Super Crate Box) and is a "mixture of action, puzzle, exploration and adventure." And you know what else? It's only $5 (Mac link).

Digging the music? You can get the soundtrack after giving it a listen to here. Seriously. I'm super annoyed I'm only now hearing about Celestial Mechanica. Many thanks to Laura Shigihara (the Plants vs. Zombies composer) for providing me the link to her trailer for Celestial Mechaica that features her charming vocals.

Apparently, Celestial Mechanica was at Tokyo Game Show last week and I'm really kicking myself for missing this. This seriously would have been my TGS game of show had I actually know about it beforehand. At least we are all aware of it now!
