Funny. I just played a bit of Angry Birds at Best Buy today. It left me unimpressed with it's unoriginality. What's great about it again?

Meh... When I play Angry Birds, I never try to get a high score. Beating the level is good enough for me. Even if it is just with 1 star. Teehee
Dunno why everyone is so vicious towards Rovio because their game sold really well. Heaven forbid that a casual game developer is successful!
I don't particularly like Angry Birds, but I love starbucks. And I'm really not sure that this is a big deal, but evidently it is.
@BoboTheMonkey I think it is mainly because the game sucks. Also, because Rovio thinks they are the second coming of Christ just because their mobile game blew up in popularity.

I really am not a fan of angry birds. It's basically that flash game that you can play for free on the PC but they charge you money for it. It's kinda stupid.
What is so great about Angry Birds? I bet there are thousands of games just like it that don't receive as much attention that it is getting.
People get angry about the most inane shit. "RAWR at coffee I dont have to drink and RAWR at game I dont have to play!"

The problem is I think angry birds is starting lose some of that momentum and hype. I don't know anyone who really plays it anymore and the few obsessives I knew have been asking about what other games are out there. Now if they were to integrate Jetpack Joyride with Taco Mesa...
Angry Birds is an enjoyable little trifle of a game, but this whole merchandising thing behind it is getting out of hands. Kids my age wear the damn t-shirts, and now the place where I chill between school and drama ensemble is getting invaded. Ergh... this greatly irks me.
