You got your Space Channel 5 in my Samba De Amigo

You got your Space Channel 5 in my Samba De Amigo photo

The latest screenshots for the Wii release of Samba De Amigo show off Space Channel 5's Ulala in all her saucy glory. The star of Sega's cult Dreamcast game will be joining Samba and his f*cked up animal friends, so enjoy these images of hot monkey-on-space-reporter action.

Not a lot else to say really, mainly because doing all these Sega galleries is doing my head in. You can only say "here are some pictures of a game" in so many ways and still keep it entertaining. In fact, I won't even bother.

Here are some pictures of a game.

Now sod off.

At least it's (slightly) more appropriate a cameo than that one in Sonic Riders (as a playable racer). Now nobody's going to be surprised when she turns up in Phantasy Star Universe, enlisting the help of hunters to round up some Morolians gone wild.

I've also just realised how very few games the Space Channel 5 series actually has, versus the number of cameos it makes in other games. The ratio is something like 3:1, which is surely some sort of record.

Why won't they just give us a Part 3 already?! SEGA, you cocktease!

If I'm correct, not so long ago I heard elsewhere that Sega will eventually get round to more SC5, more than likely on Wii to hit up those casual sales, just like Samba.

Sega are doing well raiding their back catalogue, while making new stuff, so fingers crossed.

if Samba de Amigo sells good, you can almost guarantee a space channel 5 game on the wii.

As of two months ago, Mizuguchi stated that he does not really feel a need for a SC5 remake ...

But Samba looks hot.

(Yes, the monkey!)

I sucked so bad at Space Channel 5. I don't think I've ever got past the first level :(.

Also, why does Sega like to tease us with their Dreamcast past. If I see Jet Grind Radio characters in a game that isn't a new Jet Grind Radio, I will not be responsible for my actions.
