YES! Sega announces Yakuza: Dead Souls for US in 2012

Oct 05 // Dale North    @DaleNorth

Great news, fellow Yakuza series fans. Finally! Yakuza Of The End will be available in the West in March 2012, says Sega. It will be renamed Yakuza: Dead Souls, and it will hit shelves for PS3 next year featuring the entire storyline, Japanese downloadable content and a brand new mini-game Pachislot!

YES!

If you're not up on your Yakuza titles, you only need to know three things: Yakuza fighting with guns, Tokyo's red light district, and ZOMBIES.

“We know how much people love Yakuza in the West and with Dead Souls being the latest and greatest in the franchise, it is only right we bring it to them closer to the Japanese release than ever,” said Gary Knight, Senior Vice President of Marketing at SEGA.

Thank you, Sega.
