Remember this thing? It sure was a thing, wasn't it? Well a sequel to this thing is a thing that's going to happen. For reals. Capcom's Gerald Hom has shared some production shots of Street Fighter High IIover on Unity.
Gerald is actually going to have a small part in the film as E. Honda, which is pretty awesome if you think about it. A Capcom employee in a fan-made movie. No one else in the videogame industry supports their community as well as Capcom does.
Personally, I didn't care all that much for the first movie but I hear the sequel will actually be good. We shall see soon enough. So long as there isn't an extremely cheesy lip-syncing scene, I'll be happy.
Hamza Aziz, Destructoid's Community Director, has been here since day one. He was born when a tiger coughed up a hairball into a pool of ooze. He was one of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before budget cuts. Hamza works as a previews editor and manages a team in San Francisco. To date he has given away tens of thousands of dollars in prizes to readers. What a dick. Actually, Hamza is as kind as he is hairy.

How did you not like the first? It was basically the best SF movie of all time. Also, the guy playing Dhalsim was SO GOOD, he was like some kind of Kal Penn level acting. Yes, all hindu comedias are Kumar! His dance during the music scene was fucking LOLworthy.
Also, "Yoga-schwing!" E. Honda? Inb4EverydayLegend!
Yeah, Fat Ken was a poor choice. My guess? He's sleeping with the director/producer/writer/creator/every-credit-in-the-credits, the chick who played Juri! :O
I don't know, fat Ken was funny to me. He fit the "bully" stereotype of teen dramas, and fit Ken's reputation for being a cheap-but-powerful character. Real life fat guys are sometimes scary due to their size, but they don't always have to work hard to get that way. It's like they took the "cheap" road to size intimidation.
As semi-fat guy, I feel like I can get away with saying that. Can I?
@Jonathan Holmes: I never thought about it that way. Touche, sir!
I would have liked Ken to be a cocky hunk/jock who is kinda vein (think his Ultra in SF4 when the camera freezes on a K.O. and he's got a shit-eating grin, before the rest of the ultra goes off) but pretty much everyone else cast in this project was dead-on. I want to make love to this video/series.
Yoga Schwing is the best part of this video. Overall it was pretty decent. It really could of used a retarded Dan type character though. And also showing Cammy's boobs would of made it 100x better.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!

You have no heart Hamza :(
....but who choose the actor for Ken? >_>

No offense, fellow fatties!
