GameTrailers has the exclusive debut trailer of Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z, the zombie-infested Ninja Gaiden spin-off being handled by the trinity of Team Ninja, Spark Unlimited, and Keiji Inafune's new studio Comcept.
Damn, does it make a first impression!
Cel-shaded graphics are always welcome, but what really struck was how much this reminded me of PlatinumGames' MadWorld, right down to the hip hop soundtrack. I can already hear the groans of thousands of rap-hating gamers as their brains begin to hemorrhage. Sucks to be them!
The upcoming PS3 and 360 title is slated for early 2014, but we should be able to get hands-on time at E3 next week. I can't wait to dig my claws into this!
