I'll leave it unopened, like some of my better "prizes".
Oh, now I wonder if this is one of those goodies that us Canadians sometimes don't get.
I've not bought it yet because I'm not all that far in Xenoblade or Pandora's Tower but I'll be getting it as soon as I finish one of them.
Yes, XSEED confirmed via Twitter after the time of writing that existing pre-orders would be grandfathered in to these bonuses as all first printings will have it in tow.
Hey! That's it! That's the tiger-thingy you'll only see twice during the game! Woah!
Well... I have to give 'em that the art is pretty great.
"The company also announced a special bonus to be included with launch copies of the game. Gamers who pick up the latest epic RPG from Hironobu Sakaguchi at launch will walk away with a 44-page softcover art book."
Didn't love Xenoblade as much as I'd hoped, but I expect to really like this.
not to mention it's not a gamestop exclusive!!!!!
though i kinda wish Xenoblade had one(the US ver i mean, EU got lucky) at least we're gonna get a good taste of this :D
may i ask will the game will have dual audio like Xenoblade?? i know the EU version didn't have any dual audio not that i mind or anything, but it would sweeten the deal even more :P
in any case i already plan on buying this for fucking sure :P
Don't get me wrong, the art book is well appreciated. I was just hoping for a soundtrack through some legal means. More games need to do that.
Oh well, I'm still buyin this game so hard the fucking store will explode!
I'm also starting to worry that XSEED knows my kryptonite is soundtracks..... this could end up being a very expensive relationship.
I've heard both ways, some say it's great, some say otherwise, honestly I simply think people went with to much anticipation into it, I'm not expecting Xenoblade or anything even close to it, but every game I play doesn't have to be some innovator or masterpiece, it's a linear 20 hour rpg with your usual jrpg cliches from what I've heard, and that's fine, both are appropriate if done well enough.
DAMN YOU, SPECIAL EDITION EXTRAS!
XSEED has always said that this would have a limited run, long before there was an SE announced.
Opinions. I mean, just because I feel that Xenoblade isn't that great of game doesn't mean the entirety of the world will feel the same. No Sakaguchi games have ever disappointed me(even if I can't refer to every single one of them as the best I've ever played), so, I'm more than willing to take my chances with this one.
