Microsoft’s latest Deal of the Week takes some of the sting off the ridiculous price for an Xbox Original title download. For a limited time, you can purchase Lionhead’s RPG Fable for 800 Microsoft Points.
If you walked into “next-gen” and bought Fable II without experiencing the first, I highly suggest you give it a spin. It may be flawed and ancient by Internet standards, but it’s still a fun RPG that focuses on the important things: interaction, practical combat, and sex story.
Fable, like any Xbox Original download, is usually priced at 1,200 Microsoft Points. At the special 800 Space Dollar price point, your savings are 33 percent, or in taco terms, two burritos.

There really should be an edit option.
I'd say definitely give the original a chance.
That's because the original was better than Fable 2 in every way.
