There's a ton of good stuff coming to Xbox Live in the upcoming update, and now we know it's dropping very soon: December 6.

The free update will give you a redesigned dash, with new gesture support and new voice control for navigation. Oh, and Bing search. Microsoft says that it will make you feel like you have a new Xbox. Also, new features Cloud Storage for Game Saves and LIVE Profile, Beacons, Facebook Sharing and enhanced Family Settings will come with the update.

Entertainment content releases will also start on December 6 and continue throughout the holiday. Be on the lookout for apps for television, movies, internet videos, sports and music in the near future.
