This holiday, Xbox 360 owners can get down with what was one of the best PlayStation Network exclusives, Joe Danger. This new version, called Joe Danger Special Edition, features double the daredevil racing action, with a new career, new modes and new characters. The game's Laboratory lets you get a behind-the-scenes look and learn the secrets the developers have been sitting on this whole time.
Hello Games' Sean Murray tells Destructoid that this is the best version of Joe Danger, as they've gone back to fix everything they wanted to in the original game.
"We’ve come back to this game that we’ve now watched like hundreds of thousands of people play through on PS3," said Murray. "We’ve decided there’s so many things we never finished, or never really liked, and we’ve fixed them. One by one. The game was well received but there were actually places where it was pretty frustrating to play, it strayed into that area and I really think we’ve totally fixed that out now."
Nice. Xbox 360 owners went from not being able to play this game to having the biggest and best version. And I hear you, PS3 owners. You're wanting to know if this content is coming to PSN. Maybe not.
"That’s just not something we are thinking about right now, if I’m honest," Murray told us. "Anyway, my assumption right now is that what people really want is the other things we’re working on. Things like Joe Danger 2 The Movie, and other stuff we haven’t even announced yet."
Other stuff? What a tease!
