You may have heard that the new Xbox 360 consoles make sounds when you hit the buttons. The Limited Edition Halo Reach one has custom sounds that are Halo themed.
Today Major Nelson has a preview of what you can expect when you glide your fingers across the buttons for the first time. He has both the power button and disc tray sounds recorded in the mp3 format for your listening pleasure. And if you're a super Halo fanboy (nothing wrong with that, mind you), there's .M4R Phone ringtone format files for both.
I want a ringtone of the Halo main theme song slowed down about 8 times from normal speed so it sounds like the the singing from the most annoying, possessed/deceased gamer ever.

I recognize the tray sound as the shield powerup sfx though, and that's actually pretty neat.
